“Revolution magazine named Foolproof as the UK’s top ranked user experience consultancy in its most recent Agencies and Suppliers Survey
This survey polled the opinions of over 500 client organisations. Clients were asked to rate digital agencies on seven key performance criteria – Creativity, Return on Investment, Understanding business/sector, New technology, Works well with other agencies, Data collection, Act strategically, Act technically and Account management.
Foolproof was the clear winner in the ‘User experience supplier’ sector, achieving the maximum score of 10 out of 10 for Return on investment and Working well with other agencies.
What’s more, when judged against the whole digital agency market – which includes web design and e-marketing agencies, as well as other specialists in search engine and affiliate marketing, e-mail, hosting and web analytics - Foolproof was ranked as the equal 4th best in the UK.
This is a phenomenal result for us because the ratings are given by clients who have actually worked with us rather than an arbitrary judging panel.
