Foolproof will be launching two new Online Shopping Surveys (OSS) this year on the travel and general insurance sectors.
Foolproof’s OSS reports have established a reputation for being the most authoritative and comprehensive analysis of how consumers shop online. Using both qualitative and quantitative research they provide clients with an invaluable insight into the factors that influence online consumer behaviour and, importantly, how to maximise their e-commerce propositions.
The inaugural online Travel OSS is taking an in-depth look at how people search and book long haul trips and short breaks in an online environment. It will examine the features that consumers want and expect to see, how their searches are influenced by online and offline messaging and where the barriers to booking exist.
