Natalie Machon recently arrived at Foolproof from BT to take up the role of Head of Market Insight. She’s here to spearhead our work in turning research insight into clear, actionable, business strategy for our clients.
Natalie leads a team that will generate insights into UK online consumer shopping behaviour across a range of products and services
One of Natalie’s first tasks is to launch our first Online Shopping Survey (OSS) on the travel sector. The Travel OSS is a unique study that combines quantitative and qualitative research techniques to uncover the attitudes and behaviours of real online shoppers in the travel and holiday markets. The results of this research will help enlighten online travel operators as the report will focus on providing guidance on how to enhance their current offerings.
Natalie was previously BT’s Head of Consumer Insight where she managed the telecommunications giant’s work into understanding consumers’ attitudes and habits, along with forecasting trends in the market. Before that, she spent six years in the strategy and planning team at MTV.
We’d like to think that Natalie joining us is testament to Foolproof’s growing reputation at the forefront of the UK’s user experience industry. User experience and brand experience increasingly go hand-in-hand, and this growing part of our business is already starting to attract smart people with experiences of working within truly global brands, who can help us open up new markets and opportunities.
